These are the steps to install a security camera with 30fps and MP3 sound. The camera used is a Sony security camera with full motion controls.

First you must connect the camera to your PC through a Video Capture Card. Click here for Video Capture Card installation instructions . Connect the camera using a BNC adapter to the Video Out from your camera to the Video In input on your video capture card. Connect the power. Connect the camera to the Internet through your router via an Ethernet cable.

Connect the camera into your Video In into your Video Capture Card. Here it is connected through the S-Video multi adapter.

Install the software and drivers that came with your camera. If you do not have this software, Google search your camera to install the drivers. Next you will have to assign the camera an IP address and assign the Router address to the camera. The setup wizard will walk you through this process.

Test your video here.

Install the free BlinkoTV software at www.blinkotv.com. Follow the setup instructions. Open BlinkoTV desktop icon.

Select the Video Capture Card for your Video Source and select S-Video for your Video Entry. You should see your camera image in the broadcast window. Select Connect to connect to our server and select Start Broadcast to broadcast your camera signal LIVE. You are now broadcasting live iPTV with the BlinkoTV broadcast software.
