Having customized their personal account on a JOC based network, Members can begin browsing through several available categories such as: Business, Religion, Music, Sports, Autos, Education and so on. Members are also provided with the opportunity to:

- View the schedules of all Experts and request a meeting time (the Chat host is notified for approval, responds and the time for the online meeting is set. All parties get notified once the meeting is confirmed)

- View recorded streaming media (each recorded show may be free or may be based on a per-credit fee, in order to be accessed. A five second media preview is viewable and may be accessed by all of your site's visitors)
