NAB Show 2008 - a real success
“Where content comes to life” was the NAB trademarked angle on this year’s show. It can be to life, but the real challenge this year was to bring the content to “live” on the internet.
IPTV took that challenge and made it happen, giving to consumers programs on-demand — when and where they want to watch them — becoming more engaging and personal.
EyePartner replied to the “year’s challenge” developing BlinkoTV. Our iPTV application follows very closely all the rules and more, brings into 2008 the technology and quality of 2010. It gives to the end user 30FPS for a bit rate of only 250kbs. Anybody can have now their own live show on the internet with a minimum investment: PC, camera and internet, and anyone can watch- from PC or Mac.
We brought that to the NAB this year, and we win by eliminating any other additional costs for set-up boxes or expensive broadcasting computers.
