.) Disconnect all of your components and let rest a few minutes to eliminate all electrical remains that may be stored after tower is unplugged. Remove the side panel of your tower.

.) Remove appropriate plate (left) for fitting of your video card (pictured to right). Slide video card pins into the white female receptacle. Firmly, yet gently snap card into place being careful not to touch the circuitry on the video card. Replace securing screw and replace tower panel.

.) Attach coax video input to your video card and connect the Audio Out to the Audio In on your tower (blue port). Each card has a slightly different configuration. Pictured is the Plus TV video card that uses a multi input adapter through the S-Video port to connect the audio.

.) Reconnect your components, run the software and follow the set up instructions specific to the video card manufacturer.  A setup wizard will likely walk through this step.

.) Open BlinkoTV and set your appropriate adjustments for your broadcast. Select Video Entry and select Video Tuner to allow your TV signal to enter the broadcaster.

.) Set your desired channel to rebroadcast, select channel number to broadcast on (ch #1 is default). Enter user name, password, hit Connect button and then hit Start Broadcast. You are now live with your own station. To monitor processor activity, press Ctrl+Alt+Delete to see the performance of your processor.

* To ensure an uninterrupted broadcast, make sure you disable your computer’s automatic updates that restart your computer. Most are set for off peak hours and your broadcast will require a manual restart after a restart or power failure.
